Needed:

Selections and color pallet is available in the  zipfile
Place all your selections in your selections folder under your PSP files in your documents folder.

Right click on my color pallet and save it to your psp folders for later use.


Color choices are yours on the second one but please follow my color choices to turn in as part 1 of the assinment.


      Let's get started


 
1.   New transparent image 527 x 413

  2.   Rename raster 1 bk

 3.   New raster layer and rename it bird1

 4.   Go to selections/load save selections/load selections from disk. Look for bird1.

 5.   Click okay

 6.   Flood fill with #774918

 7.   Go to selections/float then to effects/3d effects/cutout and apply this cutout.

 8.   Selections/select none.

9.  Add a new raster layer and rename it bird3.

10. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird3 and click okay.

11. Flood fill with #d19908.

12. Selections/select none.

13. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird2.

14. Go to selections/load save selections/load selections from disk. Find bird2 and click okay.

15. Flood fill with #d19908.

16. Selections/select none.

17. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird4.

18. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird4 and click okay.

19. Flood fill it with #808080.

20. Go to selections/float then to effects/3d effects/cutout use the same settings as before just change the float color to #000000.

21. Selections/select none.

22. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird5.

23. Repeat steps 19 through 21.

24. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird6.

25. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird6 and click okay.

26. Flood fill it with white.

27. Go to selections/float then to effects/3d effects/cutout use the same settings below change the float color to #d19908. 

28.  Selections/select none.

29.  Add a new raster layer and rename it bird7.

30. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird7 and click okay.

31. Flood fill with #af8462.

32. Go to selections/float then to effects/3d effects/cutout use the same settings as step 27 just change the float color to #91272b.

33. Selections/select none.

34. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird8.

35. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird8 and click okay.

36. Flood fill with #902626.

37. Go to selections/float then to effects/3d effects/cutout use the same settings as before just change the float color to #f1b7b6.

38. Selections/select none.

39. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird9.

40. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird9 and click okay.

41. Flood fill with #902626.

42. Selections/select none.

43. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird10.

44. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird10 and click okay.

45. Flood fill with #a94c4b.

46. Go to selections/float then to effects/3d effects/cutout use the same settings as before just change the float color to #f1b7b6.

47.  Selections/select none.

48.  New raster layer and rename it bird11.

49. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird11 and click okay.

50.  Flood fill it with #7f0200.

51. Selections/select none.

52. New Raster layer and rename it bird12.

53. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird12 and click okay.

54. Flood fill with #581818.

55. Selections/select none.

56. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird13.

57. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird13 and click okay.

58. Flood fill with #581818.

59. Selections/select none

60. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird14.

61. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird14 and click okay.

62. Flood fill with #000000.  Selections/select none.

63. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird15.

64. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird15 and click okay.

65. Flood fill with #ffffff.

66. Selections/select none.

67. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird16.

68. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird16 and click okay.

70. Flood fill with #e77143.

71. Selections/select none.

72. Add a new raster layer and rename it bird17.

73. Go to selections/load save selections/load selection from disk. Find bird17 and click okay.

74. Flood fill with #000000.

75. Seletions/select none.

76. Right click on the last layer and merge visible.

77. Save as a PNG.

Assigment:

1. Turn in your compeleted bird based on the lesson above.

2. Do another bird this time use your own color choices and cut out colors.
