Drag the Arrow to mark your progress

1. Open up the supplies (original Cat) in your psp.

2. You don't have to open up a new image were going to work straight from the one I have supplied. Notice the image as it comes up that the layers
have already been renamed for you.

3. I have done the hard stuff for you already. I have cut out the original eyes and made the eye background.

4. Click on the eye back layer to activate it. Now activate your selections tool and your selection type should be Ellipse.

5. Draw a circle in the center of the eye like so:

6. Add a new raster layer and rename it centereye1 and flood fill it with this color: #57504a

7. Selections/select none.

8. Apply this inner bevel:

9. Duplicate centereye1 and rename the duplicated copy centereye2.

10. Image/mirror and use our move tool to put the eye into place like so:

11. Now activate Centereye1 and duplicate again this time it rename it crosseyed1.

12 Close crosseyed1 layer by clicking on the eye in the layer.

13. Activate centereye2 and duplicate it and rename the duplicated layer crosseyed2.

14. Close crosseyed2 layer.  This is what my layers look like now:

15. Click on your bk layer and flood fill it with white.

16. Click on your cat layer to activate and add some text, font style and size is up to you. Don't forget to convert your text to a raster layer and rename it Text. I also added a drop
shadow to mine but that is up to you. Also this is the perfect time to add your watermark.

This is what I have now:

17. Open up your animation shop.

18. On your cat right click and "Copy Merged"

19. Go to your animation shop and "Paste as a new animation".

20. Back in PSP close centereye1 and centereye2.

21. Open crosseyed1 and cross-eyed 2 layer.

22. Using your move tool move both eyes so that they look like they are looking at the bee on the nose like so:

23. When your happy with the placement right click and "Copy Merged".

24. Go back to animation shop and on the cat image right click and then paste "After Current Frame".

25. You should see a F1 and F2 now.

26. Go to view animation...... Wow those eyes are fast so were going to learn how to slow down that animation.

27. While in animation shop go to edit/select all.

28. Now go to Animation/frame properties. This box will pop up:

29. Set your frame properties from 10 to 150 like so:

30. Now go to animation/resize and resize it like my settings below
