    1. Open new raster image 400 x 300
     
    2. flood fill with white
     
    3. Image/Add Border/1/dark color to go with your graphic
     
    4. Image/Add Border/2/White
     
    5. Click inside with magic wand
     
    6. Flood fill with gold
     
    7. Selections/ None
     
    8. Image/Add Border/2/Dark color to match graphic
     
    9. Image/Add Border/2/White click inside with magic wand
     
    10. Flood fill with Gold
     
    11. Selections/ Select none
     
    12. Image/Add Border/2/Dark Color
     
    13. Image/Add Border/2/White click inside with magic wand
     
    14. Flood fill with Gold:

    15. Selections/Select none
     
    16. Image/Add Border/10/dark color that works with your graphic
     
    17. Click inside with magic wand
     
    18. Selections/ Invert
     
    19. Effects/3D Effects/drop shadow:

    20. Repeat this same step
    but change the vertical and horizontal to -2
     
    21. Selections/ Select None
     
    22. Image/Add border/2/white click inside with magic wand flood fill with gold
     
    23. Selections/ Select none
     
    24. Image/Add border/2/dark color
     
    25. Image/Add border/2/white click inside with magic wand, Flood Fill with Gold
     
    26. Selections/Select none 

    27. Image/add border/20 with your dark color. Use your magic wand and click inside your new border.
     
    28. Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel  for the color of your bevel use a lighter color from your tube:

    29. Add New Raster Layer, Flood fill with Gold
     
    30. Open your Mask:
    I'm using ppMask779: Go to layers/new mask layers/from image.  Find your mask. Your settings should be as follows:  Source Luminance, invert mask data.
     
    31. Apply Mask and Merge Group
     
    32. Selection/ Select none
     
    33. Add same drop shadow as above, don't forget to do the negative drop shadow:

    34. Add Border/2 /White click inside with magic wand and flood fill with gold
     
    35. Selections/select none
     
    36. Add Border/ 2/Dark Color
     
    37. Add Border/2/White
     
    38. Click inside with magic wand/flood fill with gold
     
    39. Selections/Select None
     
    40. Add Border/35/Dark color click inside with magic wand
     
    41. Add new raster layer
     
    42. With your airbrush splatter with gold:
    These are my settings for my airbrush:
     
    43. When you like what you see/Merge Visible
     
    44. Selections/ Invert
     
    45. Add Drop shadow:

    46. Repeat this but change the vertical and horizontal to 1
     
    47. Selections/Select None
     
    48. Add Border/2/White click inside with magic wand/flood fill with Gold
     
    49. Selections / None
     
    50. Add Border/2/Dark color
     
    51. Add Border/4/White click inside with magic wand/flood fill with Gold
     
    52. selections/Select none

    53. Use your magic wand and click in the center of your frame were the white is. Then take your image that you have ready to frame right click on it and copy it. Right click and paste into the selections:

    54. Selections/select none. Add any other decorations you like, your watermark. Resize to 500 width. Send in for credit.

     
    Use your own colors and try this frame again..

    This is a very nice frame and can be used for many different things.
